Halloween Cupcakes

Halloween theme cupcakes.... chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting.

Butterfly cupcakes in vanilla & chocolate with buttercream frosting.
The wings are pretzels covered with colored sugar (I should have used the thin pretzel twists).
The center piece is gummy candy and M&M.

Created for my lovely daughter's 4th Birthday.

Kite Cupcakes....

My daughter wanted to celebrate her summer birthday before end of school & wanted me to do cupcakes. I wanted to come-up with a simple yet common theme which both girls & boys would enjoy.

I did a"Kite" theme, to symbolize summer & fun!

Care Bears Birthday Cake

A 2-Tier cake; moist Yellow cake with fresh strawberry filling and buttercream icing.

The rainbow accents are made of gumpaste which were made in advance to give it a chance to set & harden.

The stars and heart are gumpaste too. Mini Marshmallows were used to create the cloud effect on the cake.

Small care bear toys were used to complete the look of the care bear's cake.

A 2-Tier cake, Marble cake with lemon cream filling and butter cream icing.

The bats and birds are color-flow and the witch is gumpaste. Other accessories on the cake are candies.

I got the idea from Wilton's cake designs. I tried to give a little girl a cool Halloween cake.

Tom and Jerry

Everyone's favorite cartoon characters Tom & Jerry....

I made this for a 6 year old girl who loves T&J and wanted that to be the theme for her cake.

I created Tom & Jerry out of Gumpaste and the hammer is a foam cup-holder.

Cake is a 2 layer rich chocolate cake with chocolate filling.

This cake was loved by one and all!
