The rainbow accents are made of gumpaste which were made in advance to give it a chance to set & harden.
The stars and heart are gumpaste too. Mini Marshmallows were used to create the cloud effect on the cake.
Small care bear toys were used to complete the look of the care bear's cake.

Thanks for sharing this information on birthday cake. I am in search of excellent LA venue for arranging my nephew’s birthday party. Searched on internet and came to know about few venues. Looking forward to book best venue in time.
